Since its founding in 1989, Regeneron has made its headquarters at The Landmark at Eastview, the largest privately-owned,
multi-tenant technology park in New York State.
In April 2007, Regeneron management joined senior executives of Bio-Med Realty Trust Inc., owner of The Landmark at Eastview, for the groundbreaking for a new corporate headquarters and research development complex to be constructed for Regeneron at The Landmark (artist's rendering shown above). Regeneron has signed a long-term lease for approximately 230,000 square feet of space and expects to occupy the new facilities by mid 2009.
